Clifford Ojeriakhi Imudia died of natural causes October 25, 2011. The Clifford Ojeriakhi Imudia Memorial Foundation is our way of honoring his life and his beliefs. Clifford Ojeriakhi Imudia passionately believed in the need to improve the quality of life for people around him, through support to practical things that affects the lives of every individual. With this backdrop, Clifford Ojeriakhi Imudia Memorial Foundation seeks to respond to diverse community needs that focuses on health, education, human & social services, and community development services.
